Youth Group Calendar
The primary fellowship in our youth program is the Episcopal Youth Community (EYC), comprised of young people in grades 6 - 12 who gather on Sunday afternoons or evenings for the purpose of fellowship and fun, service to church and community, prayer, and spiritual nurturing. New members and friends are always welcome.
On Sunday mornings from September to May, 9 - 10 a.m., youth are invited to participate in the Adult Forum which covers various faith-based topics in the Auditorium. Youth are also welcome to volunteer with one of the two children’s classes during Sunday School, work in the nursery, be a shepherd in Children’s Chapel, be a leader in our children’s choir, or a youth leader with VBS. These wonderful opportunities will earn you community service hours. Applications to volunteer with our children’s offerings are available.
Youth (grades 5th - 12th) are also invited to serve as acolytes in our 10:15 a.m. worship service. This is an important and helpful ministry. We try to be reverent during the service, but we also trust that God is looking for faithful hearts, not perfection!
